Joan Armario Morco

Sports Trainer

Joan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. She first worked as a Behavioural Therapist helping kids with special needs. She then practices Sports Rehabilitation at Mega Clinic (Philippines) in collaboration with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physiatrist and Rheumatologist. She is currently a Sports Trainer at the Singapore Sports Medicine Centre since 2007.

Joan’s aim is to apply her knowledge in the technical and physiological training to help professional athletes in management of different sports injuries. Her area of interest is in injury prevention and management of sports injuries in relation to sports massage.

Joan is a member of Red Cross Singapore. She has also worked with Changi Sports Medicine Centre in the OSIM Singapore International Triathlon 2011.
