Carmelle Cuevas HayagSports TrainerCarmelle graduated with a double degree in Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Education. She obtained her Master in Public Health in 2007 from the University of the Philippines as a scholar. She joined Singapore Sports Medicine Centre as a sports trainer in 2008 where she gained experience in post-op exercise rehabilitation, fitness testing, strength and conditioning training and weight management programme. Her areas of interests are in sports rehabilitation, agility and flexibility training. She is active in marathon, table tennis and badminton. |
